Most of the our products are made of 925 sterling silver. Some of the earrings are made of copper, you can find the material on product pages.

We currently offer free shipping to all customers, you don’t need to pay any shipping fee.

5.How long is the shipping time?

We usually ship the parcel out in 48 hours(delay on weekend), and it takes about 8-15 working days to deliver. For more details, please check shipping policy

6.What should I do if I haven’t received my parcel?

You can email our customer service directly and show your tracking number, we will check it for you. Supposing that we are sure the parcel was lost indeed, we will arrange a new delivery or refund. However, if the items were lost because you offered us incorrect address information, you should be responsible for the loss.

7.How can I ask for refund?

If you want to cancel your order for refund, you can email us or contact us through message on Facebook, it will be free if the parcel is still in our warehouse.
